The App is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising through Google AdMob. By using the App, you consent to the display of advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, NEXO Dev, or any third party, or for any other reason we deem appropriate.
You may terminate your account at any time using the "Delete Account" option in the App settings.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. NEXO Dev does not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NEXO Dev and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App, even if NEXO Dev has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms in the App and on this page, updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
